The NVMe disk is the total per VM - production, stagings and local backups share it; you use free capacity fully, with no hidden production quota.

No free tier - every production instance is a real VM. Instead: a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your instance is provisioned. If it doesn't fit, you get your money back, no questions asked. After that, the 12-month term applies.
Always 12 months, starting when your instance is provisioned. You only choose how to pay: once a year up front, or in 12 monthly instalments with a 20 % surcharge. The contract renews for another 12 months unless you cancel one month before the end of the term. We remind you at least two weeks before the last cancellation date, with the date and the price of the next term. During the first 30 days you can leave without giving a reason and get your money back; after that you cannot.
Upgrades any time: from the day you switch you pay the difference pro rata until the end of the term, and the term does not restart. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next term.
Monthly payments by SEPA direct debit; annual payments by direct debit or bank transfer, your choice. You sign the mandate online when you order. No credit card needed.
Because an ERP has to perform predictably. Shared hosting cuts cost by making customers share workers - at the price of noisy neighbors and hard memory limits that kill processes mid-import. At erpdock, every production instance runs on its own VM with exclusive resources and its own database - on every plan, at no surcharge. Your staging environments run alongside on that same VM. What is a separate hosting mode on odoo.sh is the default here.
Staging runs at half your plan's production power (Starter 1, Standard 2, Pro 4 workers) on the same VM. At odoo.sh every extra staging environment costs more, and per its documentation staging databases are deleted automatically after one month and not backed up - here it stays, with no time limit.
The full NVMe disk of your plan (Starter 50, Standard 80, Pro 160 GB total) is there for your data - database, filestore, stagings and local backups share it, minus a few GB of system overhead. Unlike odoo.sh, where your data volume (database, filestore, logs) is metered per GB from the first gigabyte (around 0.20-0.25 USD/GB/month, no free tier), you fill your plan's disk with no per-GB metering. Need more? We grow it online - no migration, no downtime, on request and for an added fee. The add-on runs until your contract ends and renews with it.
Yes - unlike odoo.sh. Community and Enterprise run on every plan at no extra charge. You bring your own Enterprise license.
In data centers in Vienna, Austria - contractually guaranteed, with a GDPR data processing agreement. No transfers to third countries.
