Partner program
Every customer runs on their own VM in a Viennese high-availability cluster - and you earn on the hosting: up to 20% lifetime commission, uncapped. You remain the integrator, we run the infrastructure.
Book a partner callTiered by active instances. Across all renewals, for as long as you are the customer's partner - uncapped.
Our commission applies to every hosted customer - including Community instances, for which odoo.sh pays no commission - and grows without a cap. Your Odoo license commission continues unchanged.
Clear separation of roles: we host, you consult. No bypassing your customer relationship.
Most Odoo hostings are the same software on a single rented VM - or in a container next to dozens of unrelated projects. We run a high-availability cluster with enterprise storage in Viennese data centers instead. No hyperscaler.
If a server fails, your customer's VM automatically keeps running on another one - tested, within seconds. A single VM has exactly one host: if it dies, your customer is down.
In addition to database dumps, daily backups run at the hypervisor level - where ransomware inside the VM cannot reach them. On every plan, as standard.
No third-party projects on the same resources, no neighbours eating your RAM - exclusively allocated resources per customer.
If you host yourself, you earn nothing on the infrastructure and pay for it with your nights: backups, upgrades, monitoring. If you send the customer to the vendor cloud, you do get a hosting commission - but the customer no longer sits with you. With erpdock the customer stays yours, and the operational burden becomes recurring income. Net, example on the Standard plan (EUR 99/mo):
| Active customer instances | Tier | Example | Your commission | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1-9 | 10 % | 5 x EUR 99 | EUR 49.50/mo | ~EUR 594 |
| 10-29 | 15 % | 10 x EUR 99 | EUR 148.50/mo | ~EUR 1,782 |
| 30+ | 20 % | 30 x EUR 99 | EUR 594/mo | ~EUR 7,128 |
Example calculation, net, on Standard EUR 99/mo. Lifetime, in addition to your Odoo license commission. Pro plan and larger portfolios scale accordingly. No cap - odoo.sh caps the hosting commission at EUR 150/mo per subscription.
There is a third route: a panel on a server of your own - margin instead of commission, with operations and end-customer support on you. That calculation is in the CloudPepper alternative.
No. The roles are contractually separated: we are the hosting provider in the background, you remain the visible integrator and consultant. We do not sell consulting to your customers. A reseller or white-label model is available for larger partners on request.
Nothing. Joining is free - no investment, no equity stake. To try things out you get your own test instance without a subscription. You earn from the first hosted customer instance.
Yes - and we do the math honestly: on odoo.sh you earn 50 percent of the platform fee, capped at EUR 150 per month per subscription (EUR 1,440 per year on annual billing; Partnership Agreement v11). For small customers that is nominally more than our up to 20 percent. The difference: our commission applies to every customer - including Community, where odoo.sh pays nothing -, grows uncapped, and runs across all renewals for as long as you remain the registered partner. The Odoo license commission continues in both cases.
No. The program is open to every Odoo integrator, regardless of Odoo partner status. What matters is that you serve customers who run Odoo.
Done for you, including a test migration on staging. If an instance is not running within 48 hours, we keep working for free until it is. Community and Enterprise, from odoo.sh or your own servers.
No. Your demos stay as long as you need them - erpdock sets no time limit. For Enterprise, Odoo grants a license window of one month. When it expires, you re-enter your partner code from the Odoo partner portal and get another month. Data and configuration stay intact. For comparison: on odoo.sh, trial projects fall back to development after 30 days, and staging databases are deleted automatically after one month (odoo.sh docs).
In Austria, on dedicated VMs. AT data residency is contractually guaranteed (terms + DPA) - an argument you need in every GDPR-sensitive deal anyway.
The first ten partners start on the 20% tier from day one - for twelve months, regardless of portfolio size. Joining is free - no investment, no equity stake. We are looking for a few good Odoo integrators - not volume.
